  • LYV Brands, through its brand AnnaSimona is committed to deliver high quality and no defect product. All products are carefully checked and quality inspected before dispatch
  • In case, the product does not meet your expectation, any defect or damage then you need to inform within 10working daysat email:customerservice@textradeindia.com . Please mention the reason as to why you want to return the product.
  • Please mail the images of product,defect , damage and reason for return.
  • LYV Brands Quality team will assess the image and reason and will advise on acceptability to send back the product/s . On receipt of product/s . LYV Brand team will assess the case.
  • LYV Brands team reserves the right to determine in each case whether the goods should be returned by you . LYV Brands team reserves the right to establish that goods are or were  not faulty as on the day of delivery and does not automatically accept liability for faults in any goods that are returned.
  • Once the item has been received and checked , thereby if it is established by LYV Brands that the item was not faulty at the date of delivery , you will be notified of this determination within 5 working days of receipt . In this circumstances , you will not be entitled to refund . You will be entitled to request that the item is returned to you and you will be responsible for the reasonable cost of courier.
  • To send back the goods , the customer needs to fill in RETURN FORM and hand over the return form along with sample and original invoice  to person coming for pick up.
  •  The RETURN FORM can be downloaded from our website
  • Product will be picked up by LYV Brands except certain Pin Codes where pick up is not possible. Please check in website on whether your pin code has pick up facility.
  • If customer location is falling in "non pickup "pin codes then customer will have to courier the product using own courier.
  • LYV Brands will not be held responsible for loss of product in transit if customer uses his own courier.
  • You will be entitled to refund or replacement of product unless it is found to be damaged due to misuse or not following the care instruction.
  • Refund will be activated within 3 working days once accepted.
  • Goods must be received by us in original packed condition along with copy of bill .
  • Return of goods that are used , washed or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted unless it is proved that product do not meet the quality parameter and care instruction mentioned on the product.
  • Save as precluded by Law , LYV Brands do not accept liability for faulty goods which have not been notified to us within timeline as mentioned in this document.
