  • You can make payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking , Prepaid Cards and Wallets .
  • All Credit and Debit Cards of Visa,Mastercard, American Express, Rupay, is accepted.
  • You can opt for EMI facility with most of the credit cards .
  • Prepaid cards and wallet like ITZ Cash , Oxigen Wallets , Icashcard , Mobikwik, Paymate and Paycash are accepted
  • Netbanking from all major banks are accepted.
  • We do not accept foreign currency payments currently
  • At present, we do not have Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.
  • We currently ship products only within India.
  • Order is shipped via courier mode
  • Once payment is done, your order will be delivered to given address within 10 working days.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Once the order is shipped from our end you will receive mail from us advising the tracking number
  • You can visit our courier website and track the shipment status.
  • You can also mail us at customerservice@annasimona.com with your order number and we will mail you on status of your order.
  • In case, you want to change the shipping address after placing your order , you need to contact our representative at 022-28514430 (Extn: 333) from Monday to Friday on working days between 10 AM to 6 PM. Please send mail at customerservice@annasimona.com . We will confirm whether it is possible to do or not.
  • If you want to ship different items to different shipping addresses then you need to place different orders for different addresses. Different shipping addresses cannot be clubbed in same order.
  • Delivery will be done Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM . Delivery is not done on Sundays and National holidays.
  • There will be 2 attempts made for delivery at address provided . In case there is no person to collect the courier at given address then a intimation slip will be left at the address and also you will be contacted at your given mobile number for second delivery scheduling. Goods may be returned back after second attempt . In case where good is returned back then you will have to contact our customer service to schedule further delivery at your cost.
  • A consignment shall be considered to be undelivered if (i) the consignee's address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located, (ii) the consignee fails or refuses to accept delivery . In this case , you will be contacted at given mobile , phone number for correct address location
  • We offers free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the listed value of the ordered product.
