We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a store credit note i.e. if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions. The store credit note must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of return. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
Goods are considered faulty only if they are delivered in a damaged condition or if the delivered items are not as per the order placed. Items that are prone to depreciate as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you choose to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we don't guarantee replacement for the same product in the same size, if the same is not available in our stock, wherever possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items subject to the above mentioned condition. We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the site. However, computer monitor displays and pixels vary; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display is exactly the same as what is displayed on our IT systems.

Eligible items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Please return items in their original condition with packaging materials.
