Returns & Refunds Policy

At Annasimona Kids, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Since many of our items are made-to-order or personalised, we follow a returns and refunds policy that reflects both hygiene standards and our small-batch process.


What’s eligible for return or exchange?

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

  • If there is a genuine sizing or quality concern (and the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging), please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item. We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange or offer store credit. In such cases, the return shipping will either be charged at actual cost or capped at ₹150 — whichever is lower.

Please note that all return or exchange requests must be supported by clear photographs and an unboxing video.


What is non-returnable?

Due to  the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or name-embroidered items

  • Items purchased during “Final Sale” or marked non-returnable

  • Any product bought from third-party websites or marketplaces

  • Gift cards or store credits


How do I raise a return or refund request?

If you’d like to request a return or refund, please:

  1. Email us at sales@annasimona.com or WhatsApp us via the whatsapp chat on the website within the applicable window.

  2. Share your order number, an unboxing video, and photographs of the item(s) in question.

  3. Once our team reviews and approves the request (usually within 2 business days), we will coordinate the next steps — either a reverse pickup or provide the address for sending it back.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.


Refund timeline & process

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved and received.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


Natural variations

Please keep in mind that small variations in print placement, colour tone, or embroidery (within a ±1 cm range) are a natural outcome of handcrafted production and are not treated as defects.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at sales@annasimona.com or WhatsApping us at +919769931197. No questions asked.

After 24 hours

Customised or name-embroidered items cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once the order is placed.

Once an order is dispatched

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

If your package is already in transit and you choose to refuse delivery, two-way shipping and handling charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
