WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. You received the wrong item
- For example: wrong product, colour, or size delivered.
2. The item is damaged or defective
- Includes stitching errors, tears, or stains on arrival.
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
3. You received the correct item, but it doesn't fit
- Applies only to size-based items like nappies or sleeping bags.
- Return must be requested within 3 days and item must be unused and unwashed.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- 💡 We do not offer returns for "change of mind", subjective preferences like “didn’t like the colour” or “feels smaller than expected.” Every product has detailed sizing and descriptions to help you shop confidently.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- The item is part of our non-returnable categories:
- Customised/personalised products (e.g. embroidered pillows or blankets)
- Items bought on Final Sale or during promotional clearance
- The request is raised after the return window (48 hours for defects, 3 days for fit issues)
- The return reason is purely subjective:
